YOU HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA.
NorCal Trip Day 2 – 7/25/09.

This kid wanted me to take his pic and said he could do a fakie flip off the ledge. He nailed it first try and I forgot his name.
Later in the afternoon the locals showed up and proceeded to show us how to properly ride this park.

That pretty much sums it up. Skated a lot of new stuff, met a bunch of cool peeps and only one casualty (hope you are feeling better, Tim). All in all and amazing weekend with some rad dudes. Thanks for the good times.

BANANA-FLAVORED ASSHOLE
YET, ANOTHER UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT
As Mr. Wong said in his post two days ago…”It’s an unfortunate reality that during most skate sessions someone is going to go down. Sometimes they go down pretty hard.” Well, sometimes it’s not the rider, but the board that gets the ‘short end of the straw‘- in this case, Sam Hell’s stick…snapped. (Dude shoulda been riding a Smash).
Sam Hell : Caveman drop > board break.
Q: And one more thing- who the hell is this guy..? (A: aZn ballz)
(photos : Lightner)
Never have too much of a good thing.
As requested, a short clip of awesome by Mr. Mackaye and crew. And even though Fugazi has already been posted, you can never have too much of a good thing. Plus these are 2 of my all time favorite songs.
Thank you, Glen, for the heads up.
Too Good For Tuesday…
I know we usually do music on Tuesdays, but this one couldn’t wait. I’m sure B. Wong will be posting a vid tomorrow to accomodate this epic photo by Glen E. Friedman…
(hint hint).
take one for the team.
It’s an unfortunate reality that during most skate sessions someone is going to go down. Sometimes they go down pretty hard. Well yesterday, Mr. Lightner was the recipient of the short straw.
A little sore, but thankfully, no broken bones.
One a lighter note, we had an amazing session and Kyle brought out his camera arsenal and went to work (pre-obliteration of course)
Jake Reuter, boardslide over the stairs. First time done by anyone at Ridiculous.
