Rumor be told when Bob Log III was a child, he lost his left hand in a boating accident. It was soon replaced with a monkey paw, and a new guitar style was born. Strumming silvertone archtop guitars, exhibiting a full body suit, with a helmet/telephone mic combo. His alleged monkey paw moves so quickly it leaves his normal hand jumping like crazy to catch up, while his feet handle the percussion. Grab yourself a boob scotch and enjoy.

Good friend, roll ‘n’ roll master and amazing artist, Ben Bridgers, has a solo show running threw the end of February at the University of Redlands Art Gallery. Opening reception this Wednesday, Jan 19, 4:30-6:30. Pieces include some very large scale painting Ben has done over the last year or so.

I had the opportunity of going to Santa Cruz this weekend for the Vans JTDTI. Tradition continued, by handing out custom Vans cruiser decks to all the competitors, photographers, and videographers. This time, Russ forgot hardware, bearings, grip, trucks, wheels, and tools (basically, every single thing but the deck). He told me he was heading to NHS to pick up some shit from his friend Jeff Kendall. So I fucking went; Look.
