Adams’ 50th.

I went down to Etnies yesterday for Jay Adams’ 50th birthday. Heavy shredding and a lot of people on deck. As a surprise, Jay ended up getting married poolside. A little strange, but love makes you to crazy things, right? Happy birthday and congratulations to a living legend.

Record Store Day.

Record Store Day is today. Get out and support your local record store.
http://www.recordstoreday.com/Home

This is the one day that all of the independently owned record stores come together with artists to celebrate the art of music. Special vinyl and CD releases and various promotional products are made exclusively for the day and hundreds of artists in the United States and in various countries across the globe make special appearances and performances. Festivities include performances, cook-outs, body painting, meet & greets with artists, parades, djs spinning records and on and on. Metallica officially kicked off Record Store Day at Rasputin Music in San Francisco on April 19, 2008 and Record Store Day is now celebrated the third Saturday every April.

Blown Away.

I can’t thank those enough who came out to the show today. I am truly overwhelmed with the amount of support from friends and family. Thank you to Ed, Shannon and Jamie for going above and beyond to help me get this together in time.

Most importantly, a huge thank you to everyone that I get to skate with and for allowing me take photos of our sessions. This would not have been possible without you.
