Serna and the city of Monclair held their annual skate contest at Montclair Skatepark this past Saturday. I have to say this was the largest turn out of all the years I’ve been and these groms have really stepped up their game. Didn’t take a lot of photos, but here’s what I got.
The people that make it happen

Riley Fryer

Tristan, going for best trick with a nose bonk on the table.

Eggplant

Alan Lapointe

Logan Catt

Andrew Miller was ripping, but took a heavy slam at the beginning of his heat. He shook it off, but called it a day.

In between heats, some heavy shredding was going on throughout the park.
Josh Rodriguez

Kyle was going off as usual. Table annihilation

Brian Wilkinson

My friends in Dirtbag played some shows with these guys in April(including this one), I pulled the lame move and didn’t go.
Maloof Money Cup New York was held over the weekend. This is the man that, singlehandedly, made it interesting for me to watch. Busenitz!
Top 3 if you care, 1. Greg Lutzka 2. Dennis Busenitz 3. Ryan Decenzo.
